Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or of completing onboarding. Individuals who choose not to opt in are onboarded through other channels, such as email or phone.
How you opt in: New hires opt in by completing our onboarding intake web form, where they enter their name and mobile number and check a separate, optional consent box agreeing to receive these messages. Opt-in information is collected directly from the individual and is never purchased, rented, or shared.
What messages you’ll receive: After opting in, you will receive transactional text messages from Ease Mortgage about your onboarding status - for example, request received, contract sent, account setup, and onboarding complete - along with any actions required from you.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your onboarding stage.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
